1.  Material
The main body of intelligent mobile shelving system is made of double-layer cold-rolled steel plate structure, which is ISO9001 certified, and there is anti-rust and friction-resistant coating in the middle of the two layers of steel plate. Phosphorus-free conversion layer, austenitic diamond layer, Antioxidant and electrostatic spraying are applied on the outside of the steel plate, polished and sprayed with anti-rust and ionization coating. Each layer can support 75kg. The manual controller is made of ABS plastic, and you can choose its style and size independently.

2.  Controller

3.  Slides

(1) Temperature and Humidity Detection: To ensure a dry storage environment for files, the intelligent shelf has a screen that displays temperature and humidity, and staff can determine the safety of file data according to the temperature and humidity in the file room. Intelligent ventilation management: The Smart Density Rack provides multiple sets of ventilation interfaces. The staff can click the "ventilation" button according to the temperature and humidity display of the intelligent thermometer, and each ventilation interface works automatically to maintain the overall storage environment of the dense rack. The automatic ventilation function can also be set to prevent staff from forgetting, resulting in file damage.

(2) Extrusion protection: When the dense frame is pressed against the human body, the dense frame can detect changes in pressure and motor current.    If this change exceeds the specified value, the dense frame will automatically stop.

(3) Infrared induction protection: The intelligent dense frame is equipped with an infrared induction system between the frames.    When the dense frame is opened, the infrared induction automatically starts, and when the staff is working between the frames, the dense frame, whether it is a computer or a motor button, can not start the frame, so as to prevent other staff from knowing that someone will open and close the frame at will and hurt the staff, playing a protective role.

(4) Human body induction protection: The intelligent dense frame is also installed with a human body induction system, such as infrared induction, when there is someone between the frame, other frames can not open and close at will, to protect the safety of staff.
